Delivery time

Our delivery time is 1-2 days. If you order in the weekend or in the evening, your order will be processed and shipped the next business day.

Postage costs

For transport within the Netherlands, with the exception of the Caribbean Netherlands, Atelier Sense charges €3.45 for letterbox packages and €5.95 for a parcel.

For consumers from countries other than the Netherlands, the contribution to the shipping costs depends on the country and the amount of the order. Atelier Sense reserves the right to conform this amount to the most current tariff for these services by DHL Parcel or an equivalent provider of parcel services.

Returns

Send your package to us within the return period of 14 days.

  • Please ensure that the product is returned to us with all supplied accessories in its original condition and packaging.
    If the product (or packaging) is damaged more than necessary to try the product, we can charge you for this reduction in value of the product. So treat the product with care and make sure it is well packaged when returning it.

  • Make sure there is no other sticker or address on your package (otherwise it cannot arrive).

  • Make sure we can see who the sender is.

  • Take your return package to a delivery service (Primera etc.) and pay for the return package with the carrier of your choice (PostNL or DHL etc.).


NB:

  • We do not reimburse return costs.

  • We cannot be held responsible if a return package is not delivered to us or the package is lost.

  • You have 14 days to register a return.

I returned my order, when will I get my money back?

If the track & trace of the return package indicates that it has been delivered to us, it can take 7 to 10 days before it is processed by us. The legal term is the same as the term that the customer was allowed to keep the article (14 days), but we are often a bit faster. If the return package has been processed by us, the purchase amount will be refunded within a few days to the account of the bank or credit card company that was used when placing the original order.

Return too late

If you are unable to return the item on time, and someone else cannot do this for you, please inform us during this period and within the valid return period. We will then be informed in advance and will of course understand this. If you send the package to us outside the legal return period, we will unfortunately not be able to accept your return package.
